There are potentially six rail journeys available on the Ghan varying from 2 to 3 days in duration:
Adelaide to Darwin (3 days) – from $2,159 per person
Adelaide to Alice Springs (2 days) – from $1,239 per person
Alice Springs to Darwin (2 days) – from $1,239 per person
Alice Springs to Adelaide (2 days) – from $1,239 per person
Darwin to Adelaide (3 days) – from $2,159 per person
Darwin to Alice Springs (2 days) – from $1,239 per person

There are three classes of cabin to chose from on the Ghan and prices vary according to each class of service. These are:
