With accommodation aboard the multi-level Barra Shack houseboat and guided adventures through the mangrove-lined waterways of Willie Creek, guests experience a side of Broome few travellers ever see.

Designed for just 12 guests, this fully catered wilderness getaway blends laid-back Kimberley hospitality with authentic adventure experiences including fishing expeditions, scenic wildlife cruises, beach landings, mud crabbing and the award-winning Willie Creek Pearl Farm tour.

STAY ABOARD THE BARRA SHACK

Your home for the journey is The Barra Shack — a spacious three-level floating lodge designed for comfort in the heart of the Kimberley wilderness.

Stretching 30 metres in length, the custom-built vessel features panoramic upper deck views, generous indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, air-conditioned cabins and multiple entertainment areas ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Willie Creek.
