Eclipse is an intimate 50ft sailing catamaran accommodating a maximum of 8 guests. This small group size allows for a personalised experience, greater flexibility in daily activities, and access to remote locations that larger vessels cannot reach.

Eclipse features four comfortable queen cabins, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Cabins are well-ventilated and designed for comfort after full days exploring the Kimberley coastline.

Yes. As a twin-hull sailing catamaran, Eclipse offers excellent stability compared to monohull yachts. The wide beam provides a smoother cruising experience, making her well suited to Kimberley waters.

Your cruise fare includes:

No. While there is a sample itinerary available, all voyages are flexible. The Kimberley is a tidal environment, and daily plans are adjusted to maximise safety, wildlife encounters and access to the best locations.

Most voyages operate between Broome and the Kimberley coast, with some itineraries available in reverse (including fly-in options to the Mitchell Plateau). Specific departure points are confirmed at time of booking.

Yes. Eclipse can be booked by the cabin or as a private charter, making it ideal for families, small groups of friends, photographers or special interest groups seeking an exclusive Kimberley adventure.

A moderate level of mobility is recommended, as some shore excursions involve beach landings, uneven terrain and boarding tenders. However, activities are generally relaxed and tailored to guest capability.

The Kimberley cruising season typically runs from May to September, when conditions are dry and temperatures are comfortable. Wildlife sightings and waterfall flows vary throughout the season, making every departure unique.

As with all Kimberley expeditions, routes and daily activities are influenced by tides, weather conditions and unique opportunities that may arise along the way. This flexibility ensures each journey is authentic and truly one of a kind.

This itinerary can also operate in reverse, with guests flying from Broome to the Mitchell Plateau, then expedition cruising back along the coast to Broome. Bespoke itineraries and private charter options are available upon request.

Dinner served shortly after sunset while cruising to your first beautiful anchorage in the Buccaneer Archipelago.

Start your morning with a rainforest canopy walk to an alluring hidden billabong for a refreshing dip. The area has countless trails, waterholes and intriguing reef that characterises the Southern Kimberley.

Be intrigued by the powdery white sand of Silica Beach, enjoy a refreshing dip at one of the North West's finest beaches. There’s access to Crocodile Creek, huge tidal phenomena and hidden waterfall oasis’. Cruise past Cockatoo and Koolan Island and enjoy the diversity offered throughout the Buccaneer Archipelago.

Wake up at the picturesque Raft Point anchorage for another bewildering day. This area gives access to great fishing and cultural, scenic walks alike. Then prepare for another Kimberley icon as we sail over brunch to Montgomery Reef. Described as the eighth wonder of the world, this unique ecosystem and tidal phenomena has to be witnessed. Watch as 400 square kilometres of coral reef emerges out of the ocean - forming countless waterfalls, gorges of cascading reef and a concentrated marine life hotspot.

The afternoon is tailored to your itinerary desires. With options for fishing, sunset beach drinks or onshore exploration of this ancient area.

This diverse region of the Kimberley offers an array of highlights, where five exquisite river systems all converge into the protected Doubtful Bay. The day is based around tidal times, enabling you to secure prized creek fish and the elusive Barramundi or Golden snapper.

When the tide is high, enjoy private access to the beautiful waterfalls of Red Cone Creek. These oasis locations offer an opportunity for a scenic walk and a chance to relax, immerse in nature and cool off in your own billabong.

This day proffers fishing action or relaxing sceneries in one of the Kimberley’s most unique and diverse areas that could be explored for weeks.

The area offers history, picturesque islands, beaches, fishing and unique sailing experiences. Camden Harbour is steeped in history as the first attempted but disastrous European settlement in the Kimberley. Your day entails a stunning cruise past Mt Trafalgar and Mt Waterloo into the mouth of Prince Regent River. Renowned for fishing and wildlife experiences, this expansive waterway is also home to the beautiful and hidden ' Amphitheatre' waterfall.

Welcome back to the southern heart of the Kimberley, characterised by blue water, endless islands, spectacular reef and many Kimberley highlights. The Horizontal Falls is testament to the region's huge tidal range. Experience the awesome power in an exhilarating vessel ride to view the falls and it's scenic backdrop.
