📅 Availability & Booking Information

• Operating Season: Flights operate daily from May to August.

• Departure Times: 7:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 2:00 PM from Drysdale River Station airfield.

• Booking: If booking within 24 hours of departure, please phone us for availability as online bookings are unavailable during this time. Alternatively, if you are already at Drysdale River Station, please visit the Booking Centre.

• Minimum Numbers: A minimum of 4 passengers is required to operate the tour. If the minimum is not met, the booking will be waitlisted.

• Guaranteed Departure: If the minimum number isn't met, 3-person ($1,430pp) or 2-person ($1,850pp) prices are available for a guaranteed departure.

• Children: Ages 3–12 receive a $50 discount off the adult price.

• Infants: Ages 0–2 travel free on the lap of a parent.

• Weight Limit: For safety and operational requirements, a maximum individual weight of 120kg per person applies. 

🔄 Cancellation Policy

• Within 48 Hours: No refund applies. We recommend taking out travel insurance in case of late cancellations.

• 3–7 Days Prior: 50% cancellation fee.

• More Than 7 Days Prior or Weather Cancellations: Full refund or alternative date offered.

⚠️ Additional Booking Notes

• Weather Conditions: Flights are subject to weather. Adverse conditions may alter or cancel the itinerary.

• Refunds: If a tour is shortened or an activity is missed due to weather, refunds will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis.

• Tour Hold: If the tour falls below the minimum number of 4 required to operate, it will be placed on hold until minimum numbers are met.
