Our cuisine is fresh and small batch – our chefs can take a more indulgent approach to cooking. Our meals tend to be hearty, modern Australian, using locally sourced ingredients including fresh seafood and tropical fruits for which northern Australia is renowned. Dietary restrictions can be catered for with advance notice. We are proud of our wine list – it is an abbreviated selection that reflects the depth and variety of the Australian wine scene. Our ships also feature artisanal Australian and New Zealand spirits and carry barrels of slowly ageing Tasmanian single malt whisky. Sample a dram after dinner!
